Casa recién reformada en 2025 por estudio de diseño interior con un estilo mediterráneo y fresco, cuidando todos los detalles de los acabados y materiales. Es una casa acogedora, en una zona tranquila, donde poder descansar y desconectar. El patio interior tiene mucha luz y es un oasis de paz.
En la planta baja hay 3 dormitorios y 3 baños completos con ducha, cocina totalmente equipada, salón comedor y patio interior con fuente de agua.
-Dormitorio 1: cama de 160cm y smart tv.
-Dormitorio 2: 2 camas de 80cm y smart tv.
-Dormitorio 3: cama de 180cm y smart tv.
En la planta superior se encuentra la piscina privada de agua salada, una terraza con solarium y chill out, con vistas al Parque Oromana, una cocina, un baño completo con ducha y un salón.
Cuenta con lavavajillas y lavadora.
El salón tiene ventanales de hierro que se abren completamente y dan acceso al patio. Las estancias cuentan con cortinas o estores y aire acondicionado.
El alojamiento se encuentra en una zona tranquila y auténtica de Alcalá de Guadaíra, ideal para quienes buscan descanso sin renunciar a tener todo a mano. Se encuentra en una calle peatonal, con poco tráfico, perfecta para dormir bien y moverse con comodidad. A pocos minutos a pie encontrarás comercios locales, panaderías tradicionales, cafeterías y supermercados, lo que hace muy fácil el día a día durante la estancia. Es una zona muy cómoda tanto para estancias cortas como largas.
Uno de los grandes atractivos de la ubicación es la cercanía a la naturaleza. Alcalá es conocida por su entorno natural y sus senderos junto al río Guadaíra, el Parque Oromana y los pinares, ideales para pasear, hacer deporte o simplemente desconectar. Además, la vivienda está muy bien comunicada: Sevilla capital a solo 20 minutos en coche y aparcamiento en los alrededores.
La comunicación de autobuses con Sevilla es la línea 121 y 122 para Alcalá de Guadaira. Llega hasta Estación de San Bernardo, donde hay muchos autobuses y el metro.
No está permitido fumar en el interior de la vivienda ni con ventanas abiertas. En caso de detectarse olor persistente a tabaco o restos de colillas, se aplicará una penalización por limpieza especial.
No se admiten mascotas en el alojamiento.
Rogamos respetar el descanso de los vecinos, especialmente entre las 22:00 y las 9:00 h. No están permitidas fiestas, música alta ni reuniones que puedan generar molestias. El uso de la piscina es exclusivo para los huéspedes registrados en la reserva y no está permitido consumir vidrio dentro ni alrededor de la piscina. Los niños deben estar siempre supervisados por un adulto y el uso de la piscina se realiza bajo la responsabilidad de los huéspedes.
Antes de la salida, los huéspedes deben revisar cuidadosamente todas sus pertenencias, el alojamiento no se responsabiliza de objetos olvidados tras el check-out.
Es obligatorio tirar la basura antes de la salida, dejándola en los contenedores correspondientes. La vivienda debe entregarse sin acumulación excesiva de residuos. En caso de exceso de basura, se aplicará una penalización de 100 €, destinada a cubrir limpieza extraordinaria y gestión de residuos.
La vivienda cuenta con una cerradura electrónica.
El código de acceso al pinpad se enviará 24 horas antes de la llegada. No hay llave física, por lo que es imprescindible conservar el código durante toda la estancia.
Estamos disponibles para cualquier consulta antes, durante y después de la estancia. La comunicación se realiza principalmente por mensaje a través de la plataforma, email o teléfono, garantizando una atención rápida y eficiente, respetando siempre la privacidad de los huéspedes. Estaremos encantados de ayudar con recomendaciones, dudas o cualquier incidencia que pueda surgir.
La vivienda se entrega limpia y revisada profesionalmente. Se espera un uso responsable y respetuoso del mobiliario y las instalaciones.
Se ruega un uso responsable de electricidad y agua. No dejar aire acondicionado o luces encendidas al salir de la vivienda.
Cualquier incidencia debe comunicarse durante la estancia para poder solucionarla. No se aceptarán reclamaciones posteriores por problemas no comunicados a tiempo.
Por seguridad: No está permitido manipular instalaciones eléctricas, climatización o sistemas de la vivienda y se deben mantener puertas y ventanas cerradas al salir.
No está permitido realizar sesiones de fotos o vídeos con fines comerciales sin autorización expresa.
El uso de la piscina se realiza bajo la responsabilidad de los huéspedes. Cualquier problema detectado en la piscina (agua sucia, nivel bajo, fallo del sistema, suciedad, etc.) debe ser comunicado inmediatamente al anfitrión. No se aceptarán reclamaciones posteriores por incidencias no comunicadas durante la estancia.

octubre 2026We were a family of 5 (one older teenager, two adult ‘children’) looking for a few days to relax, enjoy the sunshine, and explore Seville. This house was just as described - clean, airy, plenty of space for us all to find our own place when we didn’t all want to be together, and lots of communal areas for us to enjoy. We loved the roof terrace and pool, and spent most of our time there. The location is great - very central yet extremely quiet in this pretty and historic town, just a few minutes’ walk from shops, cafés, bars, etc, and we felt very safe everywhere. The bus/metro combination in to Seville itself took about 30 minutes, and there are a few different bus stops within 8-20 minutes’ walk. We got Ubers back from Seville in the evening just to get us back more quickly. Communication with Caridad was easy, and she was quick to respond. We would highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a beautiful, peaceful retreat within easy reach of Seville.

octubre 2026Todo fue perfecto. Es totalmente recomendable, es mejor que lo que muestran las fotos. La única pega es que como está en una calle peatonal, se accede por unas escaleras, y no sería fácil para personas con movilidad reducida. Pero el lugar es perfecto para descansar, las habitaciones son muy amplias y la zona de terraza y la piscina es tal como se ven en las fotos. Tiene un salón muy cómodo en el piso de arriba para descansar si no quieres tomar el sol. Un diez en todo.

octubre 2026Zeer mooi appartement, heerlijk afgewerkt en super gestyled. Het zwembad op het dak was echt top: daar hebben we een aantal mooie sunsets meegepakt. Het dorpje is niet heel toeristisch, maar je bent zo in de stad en bij de airport. Parkeren in de smalle straatjes kan een uitdaging zijn, al is er iets verderop een parkeerplaats waar je altijd terecht kunt. Een supermarkt zit ook vlakbij. De host was daarnaast erg goed bereikbaar en dacht goed mee.

septiembre 2026The villa was a lovely stay - we enjoyed the pool and the local area. The hosts could be quite unresponsive which was at times frustrating, but all was well in the end. We really liked the local town, but one thing to note is that while its 20-30 min uber to Sevilla, they can take a while to arrive so be sure to book it around 20 min in advance

septiembre 2026Just got back from a brilliant weekend stay here with 4 friends. We have had the most amazing time at the villa, chilling out. The villa is absolutely gorgeous throughout and immaculate. We felt at home straight away. The pool area was perfect for us and we spent most of our time there. The location is in a quiet town outside of Seville but is so beautiful and peaceful. We were very lucky to get to witness a festival taking place on one of our days there which was incredible. Caridad & Antonio could not have been better hosts. Clear instructions ahead of our stay and were immediately responsive to our messages when we needed some help with booking taxi’s. Again great communication for check out. All in all it has been the most amazing and memorable stay at this villa and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone. We hope to return one day.

It's only a 30 minute drive from Seville in a lovely quiet area so was perfect for our girls holiday to have the mix of the city and the pool. Caridad and Antonio were really helpful and communicative! Highly recommend!

Le lieux n’est pas très animé mais parfait pour se reposer après les visites. La villa est très agréable spacieuse avec des prestations de qualité.

julio 2026Fantastisk to etages lejlighed med en fantastisk pool med udsigt over den hvid kalkede by. Vi kunne tilbringe hele dagen her! Gode muligheder for at lave mad med et fuldt udstyret køkken. Vi hyggede os og slappede af. Lejligheden ligger ved en sidegade hvor man ikke kan komme ind med bilen. Hvis man er heldig kan man parkere gratis ved kirken, ellers er der også en parkeringskælder i nærheden. Jeg synes kommunikationen kunne være bedre, der gik lidt langt tid før man fik svar, vi spurgte om opvaskemiddel, men vi blev ignoreret lidt. Der var også et problem med myrer mange steder på gulvet, det kunne man måske også finde en løsning til. Alt i alt var det et fantastisk ophold og vi ville gerne komme igen! Tak!

junio 2026Our family loved this place! There are so many showers, two of which are en suite! The air conditioners worked better than great, keeping the entire home cool. We loved having the pool to play in. My only wish was that there were more comfortable options on the main level, but the couch upstairs is pretty cozy. I’d happily stay there again!

mayo 2026the area does not have any tourists. you need to know a little Spanish to get on well. the property is as described. it is in a residential area and is quiet. it's a five minute walk to local shops and restaurants. We found much better quality food and value for money in the town, compared to Seville. it's about 25 mins to get into Seville and we did that every day for the week we stayed. it's typically about a 15 min wait for the Uber. it's around 30 EUR to get into Seville. we did not bother with a car, Uber or bolt for the win

octubre 2025We absolutely loved Caridad and Antonio's listing. It was perfect for 5 persons. The place was spotless and we enjoyed the pool and having late night dinners on the top floor. The neighbourhood was quite calm. It's a little drive out from Seville so we had to plan ahead. Caridad and Antonio were very helpful when it was time to check-in and when we wanted recommandations. Overall, we would recommend 100%.

septiembre 2025Caridad & Antonio were very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. The place is lovely and as described on the listing. There are some items that are still not finished like lighting / the kitchenette upstairs but overall the place is lovely and great for a chill place to stay. One thing to watch out is the parking - make sure to ask where the best place is to park on the street as we made a rookie mistake and ended up with a ticket (which btw is a nightmare to get sorted and I’m still having trouble with it) overall lovely place, amazing interiors and would highly recommend

julio 2025C’est une maison très complet . On a bcp apprécie’ . La modernité , la propreté et l’originalité sont très combines dans cette perle qui vaut vraiment le détour . Pour le stationnement , je recommande celui qui est proche du théâtre qui se trouves en face de la pompe à essence en allant dans la rue en bas de l’adresse jusqu’au bout Il y’a toujours de la place et l’endroit est très sécurisé . Marci pour tous et on reviendras volontier . Juste pour les bagages , si c’est lourd ou bcp. Déposer les de la rue en dessus c’est plus pratique . Mais félicitation pour ce beau séjour dans cette maison inoubliable . Tout le salut de ma famille

julio 2025We were the 1st guest to stay at this airbnb. It's been very tastefully decorated with quality furniture and stylish design. Amazing private roof terrace and pool which is peaceful and not over-looked. We did experience some teething problems, being the 1st guests, however Caridad was quick to help and arrange for the issues to be fixed. The townhouse is located in a quiet pedestrian street in a traditional town where the locals were friendly. There were lots of local amenities, a supermarket just a 5 min walk away however a larger supermarket with more choice only a 10 min walk. It was easy to book Ubers into Seville.
